The app guides you through two flows: Need a rideto post where you're going so community drivers can reply, and Offer rides to browse open requests around your route and send a direct offer.
RideTheROC is a community ride board — not a rideshare service. Users coordinate directly. RideTheROC does not dispatch, assign, or provide rides, and does not employ drivers, set prices, or process payments. Exact private addresses stay hidden until both sides coordinate.
