The phone operator literally lies to you and says they’re five minutes away or give us about 15 to 20 minutes every single phone call and they take an hour to get to you or even worse after the appointment take almost 2 hours to pick you up it’s insanity I would like to speak with the owner over this one I wait daily and it’s very frustrating. But really the phone operator lying over and over I call and every single time I get an update their 5 minutes is always 30 actual minutes and if they say give us 25 minutes oh boy I’m waiting 2 hours. Thats going out of the way to lie to consistent clients. Who does the phone operator think she is she hung up on me and my mother?
